From Columbia, SC and points south of Greenville: Take I-26 West to exit 5. Your GPS will want you to take I-385. That will take you through downtown Greenville. It is much easier and quicker to stay on I-26 to Exit 5 and turn left onto Hwy 11 South. Stay on Hwy 11 for approximately 25 miles until it joins Hwy 276 at the town of Cleveland, SC. From Shelby, NC: Take Hwy 74 West to I-26 East (toward Spartanburg). Take I-26 East to Exit 5 and turn right onto Hwy 11 South/West. Stay on Hwy 11 for approx. 30 miles. When Hwy 11 joins with S.C. Route 276 at the town of Cleveland, S.C. turn right. Follow Cleveland, SC, directions below.
From Charlotte, NC: Take I-85 South to I-26 West in Spartanburg, SC. Take I-26 West to Exit 5, turn left onto Hwy 11 South/West. Go approx. 30 miles. When Hwy 11 joins with S.C. Route 276 at the town of Cleveland, S.C., do NOT turn right as the bridge is out. Follow Cleveland, SC, directions below.
From Greenville, SC: Take combined U.S. Routes 25 / 276. When the routes split (just before the town of Travelers Rest), stay to the left on Route 276 to Cleveland, SC. Follow Cleveland, SC, directions below.
From Cleveland, SC: Routes 276 and 11 join together at Cleveland, SC. Stay on this road (Hwy 276 west/ Hwy 11 south) for approximately 5 miles and turn right to stay on Hwy 276 west heading toward Caesar's Head. Drive 1 mile and turn sharply left onto Hwy 8 (Caesar's Head Hwy). Be careful at this intersection. It is difficult to see the drivers coming down the mountain. Drive .3 miles on Hwy 8 and turn right onto Table Rock Road. Drive .2 miles and the entrance to Solitude Pointe will be on your right.
From Pickens/Easley: Take SC Route 8 (North) until it dead ends into Hwy 11 at Pumpkintown Mountain Opry. Turn right onto Hwy 11. Drive .7 miles turn left onto SC Route 8 (Caesar's Head Hwy). Drive 1 mile and turn left onto Table Rock Road. Solitude Pointe is .2 miles on the right.
From Atlanta, GA: Take I-85 North to Exit 1, toward Walhalla. This will be SC Route 11 - the Cherokee Scenic Highway. Follow Route 11 North for approximately 60 miles. 1/2 mile after passing Pumpkintown Mountain Opry on your left, turn left onto SC Route 8 North (Caesar's Head Hwy). Drive 1 mile, cross a small bridge, and turn left after the bridge onto Table Rock Road. The entrance will be .2 miles on the right.
