Pricing:
-Sleeps 2 adults only.
-Specific pricing can be found by clicking "Check Cabin Pricing on any page.
-Be sure to choose "3 night special" or "5 night special" for best pricing.
-Rates are for 2 people; Taxes not included.
-Each cabin has its own Hot Tub, which is drained, cleaned and re-filled between each guest.
-You may choose "Cabin with Hot Tub" or "Cabin without Hot Tub" in the drop down menu listed for each cabin on the reservation page. Prices are $10 more per night with hot tub. Each night of your reservation must be the same (all with or all without hot tub).
-Please note - Hot tubs are for Adults only! If you have one adult and one child staying in this cabin, you MUST choose "Cabin without Hot Tub."
-The cleanliness of our cabins is our utmost priority. All of your bedding (sheets, blankets and comforter ), and all towels are freshly laundered just for you.
-For this reason, we have a no pets, no smoking policy in all of our cabins.
Reservation Policies:
-Two night minimum stay.
-Check-in is after 3:00.
-Check out is by 11:00 a.m.
-Early arrivals and late departures will be charged a $10.00 per hour fee; arrangements must be made 24 hrs in advance of arrival.
-Maximum of two vehicles per cabin.
-Must be 22 years of age to rent a cabin.
General Policies:
-Absolutely NO SMOKING in cabins or on cabin porches or decks. If you smoke in one of our rental units, your credit card will be charged a $1000.00 smoke removal cleaning fee. If you smoke, you must do so AWAY from the cabin. Any signs of smoke in the cabin will be considered a violation of our policy and your credit card will be charged.
-Pets are not permitted in our rental units. If you bring a pet in one of our rental units (or leave a pet on the cabin porch or in your vehicle), you will be charged a $1000 pet fine.
-Hot Tubs are ONLY for adults over age 15 years of age. If you have children with you, the hot tub is not available.
-Children under age 18 are not to be left alone at your cabin.
-Visitors to your cabin are NOT permitted.
-If we find that you have unregistered guests, you may be asked to leave. No refunds.
-Fireworks are prohibited.
-Quiet Hours – 9:00p.m. - 9:00a.m.
-Daylight Savings Time Quiet Hours – 10:00p.m. - 8:00a.m.

-No alcoholic parties, loud music, use of profanity or boisterous behavior are allowed.
TRAVEL PROTECTION is available for Purchase with your Reservation:
-Travel Protection provides a 100% reimbursement of your booking total minus the Travel Protection fee if an eligible event should occur 24 hours prior, or up to 14 days prior, to your arrival date that prevents you from attending or completing your booking.
--Evidence is required for your reimbursement.
-Travel Protection Terms and Conditions are not an insurance policy.

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations: 30 days or more notice:
Refund less 10% cancellation fee (minimum of $25.00)
Change of Date: 30 days or more notice:
One change of date allowed at no charge with 30 days notice.
Cancellations between 30 days and 14 days:
Partial refund only if your cabin is re-rented.
Change of Date between 30 days and 14 days:
Partial refund only if your cabin is re-rented.
Cancellations less than 14 days that do not fall under the additional Travel Protection purchased:
No refund.
Change of Date less than 14 days:
No refund. New reservation must be made.
Check Out Procedures:
We are one of the few cabin rental facilities that do NOT charge a cleaning fee. And yet we think you will find your cabin to be immaculately clean inside when you arrive.
-When you check out, we ask that you NOT strip the bed.
-Leave towels on the bathroom floor.
-Wash all dirty dishes.
-Wipe up all spills.
-Take trash outside to the can at your cabin.
-Please let us know if there are any significant spills or stains on the linens that we need to pay special attention to.
-Feel free to stop by the office to turn in your key and say goodbye when you leave. Or, just leave the key in the cabin and we will assume you have left when your car is gone.
-If the check-out procedures are not followed (i.e. dirty dishes left in the sink, etc.), or the cabin is left in extremely dirty condition, I understand that my credit card will be charged additional fees.
